If you need technical support and you have a DaDaBIK Enterprise/Platinum license, you can send an email to support [at] dadabik [dot] com, you have 5 email support tickets to use in one year (Enterprise) or 20 email support tickets to use in three years (Platinum).
If you have a Platinum license, you can also book a Skype/Teams call.
If you have a Pro license or you don't have remaining support tickets, you have to use the forum instead.
The forum is anyway a great source of knowledge for all users, with around 20,000 posts published by the DaDaBIK community. Next to the Support forum (in both English and Italian) there is a Suggestions forum and a General Discussion forum.
