use of a calculated field value for another calculation

Hi,

I tried to use a calculated value for a calculation in another field of the same table. I can see the correct value in the edit form, however, it's not stored in the database nor visible in the result_grid.

I guess, it's not possible to do so, or am I wrong?

PS. The manual says a calculated field value used in another calculated field can lead to unexpected results. However, in my case the calculation is correct

Hello,
yes, at the moment (V 11.9) calculated-of-calculated are not supported, you may see they apparently work but as the documentation says, you can't trust it.

For the time being I use triggers in order to achieve the calcalutions I need
