updating fields in the "table"

Greetings - I've inherited the dadabik database located at www.yale.edu/ycias/database.html (as referenced on your front page). How do I edit the information listed in the pull-down checkbox "subject" field? I can get to the database and can edit the information (with the ~, etc.) but I can't seem to have the information correclty reflected in the on-line version that people see.

You have to use the administration interface, go to /your_dadabik_directory/admin.php and follow the instructions.
