Updater to V11 Elba-Problem

Hello there,

just tried to update my V10.6 Enterprise to V11 Elba und got this message:

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required './include/config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php7.3') in /homepages/7/d23833002/htdocs/up.php on line 130

adressed file via internal ip (192.x.x.x/up.php) could this cause the error?

Solved problem, it was caused by a mistake copying up.php via wget from my personal webspace. Mounted drive by cifs, copied by cp and got further. Sorry

Just another two lite problems:

a) Entering Edit-Mode Elba shows a hint that there is a newer version, like it did by one of the past updates

b) It shows an outdated URL installation, which I can't find in my config.php or config_custom.php, any idea how to find this setting?
