If I try to insert a new record into an empty table I see the following.

If I go to PHPAdmin and add a row and then try to edit I see

The table in question looks like this.

) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_unicode_ci;
