In quick search, date field presents a date picker preventing user from keying a date. DB has dates starting in 1700's. Date picker much to slow. Need a solution such as, turning off the date picker and allowing user to key the date. Is there a way to do that? Any other solutions?
Tried leaving the field in "Data" as a date and defining in forms creator as alphanumeric. That eliminated the date picker but date range searches don't work. NOT a solution. Now i can't define the field as a date in forms creator. How do i fix that? Do i have to delete the form and start over?
