index.php is empty

Hello,

I've successfully installed DaDaBIK and have been through the admin.php form and the internal table management form, but when I go to the index.php page, nothing shows up! Please go to http://www.satinroseintimates.com/embroidery/program_files/index.php.

There are no buttons to manipulate my data. Just the number 15 (which is how many records there are in the table).

Please help!
