import data into table

I can not see any feature to import data into a table. 2.2 is suposed to have it.

Can anyone please tell me how to do this?

No, DaDaBIK hasn't got any import feature.

I'd suggest using either phpmyadmin http://www.phpmyadmin.net/ or mysqlstudio http://www.mysqlstudio.com. The latter works across multiple input formats (excel spreadsheets, etc.), the former is Open Source.
