IE and Error, no functions selected

My users always get "Error, no functions selected" when a user attempts to use the query form. On Mozilla, I get this unless I wait an extra second after the page loads.

No info. in the log files. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Are you using my index.php page or a customized one?
You should use a index.php page with post buttons to call search and insert forms.
Let me know.

Yes, I am using the index.php without modification.

It will then generate form.php but when the user presses "search for record", the error page is what comes back ("Error, no functions selected").

What's wierd about this is that IE ALWAYS reports this problem. Yet mozilla works 80+% of the time.

Please post the URL of your page, so that I can check it.
