Error while adding record

Hi,

I am sometimes getting this error:
[08] Error: during query execution. Set $debug_mode to 1 in your config.php to get further information

When I enable debug, and try again, it shows no error and record is added.

How to get rid of such errors?

Though my similarity check is set to 0 in config.php, how to fix this issue?

Hello,
about the first problem, it's very strange: if you get an error, I am sure there was an error, I would keep it monitored to see the actual error message, I can't say much without seeing the error.

About the second problem: if you are referring to the similarity check, it's something you can enable/disable for each field in form configurator, in config.php you can just set a few general parameters.
