Character encoding

Hi guys
How can i use dadabik to browse pages in languages that has a text direction from right to left arabic hebrew etc......... is there a place to change the default character encoding????

There are language-settings possible in MySQL/my.conf, php.ini (ISO) and the dadabik-configuration file. Just gone through this today for german codepage settings. The direction of browsing may be a different problem...

I think it could be a browser setting, but I don't know more about this issue.
