phpNuke+dadabik Mod+ OSX

Problem: running dadabik module inside of PHPNuke-
A: Can configure a stand alone version on DDB- runs great!
B: Can configure PHP NUke
C: following directions up to a point and then.....
6. Run the file install.php by using this command line
http://your_host/modules.php?op=modload&name=YOUR_DIRECTORY&file=install
Where does one run this command in Term?
this Install is not working correctly for me- Must be User Error-
however I can run PHP-Nuke and DaDaBik seperately as well as PHPMyadmin- but I don't understand this directive:
the command line outputs multiple command not found errors
I'm running this set-up on OSX maybe that's the problem?
ANy Advice is appreciated
