When adding new tables, views, and custom pages on the admin pages tab, it is quite tedious to manually renumber all the menu indexes, especially across all the show dropdown choices. Adding the ability to either renumber all of these values or to insert a new index easily into the middle, shifting the other values accordingly would be of great help.
