Please add more links like the 'Back To Top' one at the bottom of the page in other places like after each table similar to what you did in the permissions editor.
Several jump to <table name> links would also be nice somewhere at the top and/or bottom.
Some sort of filter to only list the tables you care about in the page might reduce the scrolling as well.
Anything to make navigation here more efficient is appreciated those are just some of my ideas.
When there are a lot of tables in this page the up and down scrolling can get tiresome.
