Hello,
what in the form you want to change color to? Text?
Anyway you can change almost everything by using the CSS file css/styles_screen.css.

Best,

Thanks for the reply, I figured it would be a style sheet but when I saw multiple I wanted to verify which one. Mainly, I am looking to adjust the background and text colors. What are theme_black, theme_blue, theme_green? Can I somehow apply those for pre-built color schemes?

The file is styles_screen.css, if you use a theme different than "classic" you also have to edit the corresponding css file, e.g. for the theme "black", the file is css/theme_black.css

Best,
