changing display results

Hi,
I would like to change the looks of the results form because I'm having some display problems. I would like the fields to appear as a column rather than a row. I am floundering around speading a lot of time getting nowhere. Please advise.
Also, my results page shrinks up when it displays the results. It didn't do this before I started changing the header and footer. What did I do?

Are you looking to place the musician's names in columns and their associated fields in rows?
