I am trying to make an address book with has a list of addresses But also I need to assign it a field like Notes which gets updated / appended to everytime a client is contacted. So Like when a person does a detailed view they can look at all the notes typed in so far, Not just the last one...

Im starting on a contact management system any one have any advise before i get started
