Granular permissions

Hello,
owner permissions are set on a per-table, per user basis.
For example you can set a table customers so that users see (or edit, or delete) only customers they own (which means they inserted the records); the same users can have different permissions on other tables, because of the group they belong, for example user A (who belongs to group G1) can view the table PRODUCTS while user B (who belongs to group G2) can also edit and delete PRODUCTS.
