patient records

Hello
Now i created a patient record form , TABLTES PATIENT , VISITS , PREGNANCY
i add a record choose patients table , then it automatically goes to show items , i click on it it opens the record in detail view , i added Master details to show all records from visits with the same patient name below it..
i want to add create new visit button or link beside the visits that show below the record?

Hello,
if you visit the patient record with "edit" (instead of "details") you can add a new item; "details" is a read-only page.

ok i want to push my luck a little bit
in my pregnancy table
i have LAST MENSTUAL DATE AND EXPECED DATE of delivery
I Need to put a condition that when i add a date to last menstrual date it adds 280 days and outputs the value in expeded delivery date field? it is done?

you probably need a "calculated field", unfortunately this feature is not available yet.
