CSV export

Has anyone gotten the following errors when exporting to csv?

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/www/users/utter/beta/program_files/include/header.php:36) in /usr/www/users/utter/beta/program_files/form.php on line 467

I'm running PHP 4.22 on a FreeBSD box (with apache)

This error is indicating there is something the script does not like on line 36 of header.php. What is on that line?
