Login Form - Something wrong with CSS

I don't understand too much about CSS but I think is there something that must be changed on login form. When I go to this page the fields login and password have tiny letters. When I click on screen (even outside these fields) the font increases. See images below:

I forgot to say it is happening only on one of my computers. It is a virtual windows 10 machine (Oracle VM Virtualbox) instance. Also I forgot to post the System Info. I am posting it below, that I got using the machine/browser where it is happening:

System info
PHP Version: 7.1.24
mysql version: 5.6.41-84.1
Web server: Apache
Client: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.132 Safari/537.36

More information about the issue:

1. When I logout the same happens.

2. When I right click on screen to call Chrome Instect the font increases but I can yet see some errors on "Console" tab. See image I posted on imgur (URL below)

the error in console is not related to this issue.

Yes it can happen in Chrome if you have the username saved for the form but I think it shouldn't be a big issue because as far as you start typing in the form the problem disappear.
