include mail files directory

I have opened the Databik app as a Zend project (Zend is the PHP IDE) and it asked for the include directory for the mail files. These files aren't on the 3.0 beta distribution that I downloaded. Where do I get them? What features do they add?

Quite strange, do you have changed some code?
