auto sort records in Master/view

that's right, for result grids included in a master/details form this new feature doesn't apply. I'll fix this in the next release.

There isn't any particular instruction to follow, if you are referring to the fact that, for master/details view, you couldn't set a default sort field as you could do for "normal" tables, now it is possible (from admin->pages).
