Hi Eugenio,

I've noticed that the menu and button icons are missing. Here's a screenshot -

What do I need to do to get them to display?

Best regards,

Peter

Hello,
all those icons are actually fonts, are you sure you didn't change the style_screen.css file? Is this a fresh DaDaBIK 8.1 installation?

Yes, sorry 8.0; it is very strange, it seems like the browser can't properly load the icons. Can you try if you get the same result with another browser? Has the application a publicly accessible URL?

Can you create a temporary user to login? If can also send the credential to support@dadabik.org

Hello,
I've seen it with Chrome but I can see the icons correctly. It seems for some reason that your browser can't load them. We use font awesome, which is pretty standard, e.g. http://fontawesome.io/icon/plus/
Can you try to check if you correctly see our online demo https://dadabik.com/index.php?function=show_company_demo ?

Ok, so there is something in your installation or in the hosting settings that prevent icons to be displayed.
For example I noticed that I can't look at the HTML source code, I guess there is some javascript component you or your hosting is using?
I would try the following: install DaDaBIK locally (I am pretty sure it will work) and then upload on your server and see if it stops working.

I see that you are running DaDaBIK in a iframe, the real application is here:
http://campaignmanagement.salesdrive.co.uk/salesdrivemgt/index.php

if you browse the application from this URL, does it work?
I can't give you any further advise: if the problem is only with Chrome and when the application is online on that server, I guess there are some security filters/issues that prevent chrome to load the icons. I would ask to your hosting provider.

Best,
