a simple way to have a public website form (like lead gen/contact form)

hi,

I'm sure it can be done, but new to DadaBIK.

1) I want to develop/create the form in DadaBIK.
2) the contact form, while a public facing form (no user, no login, etc. etc.)
3) I will use it on a wordpress site

anyone done that?
what is the proper way to use DadaBIK to accomplish the above....
AND be able to use DadaBIK if I need to make changes, etc.
