If you upgraded to v13.4 using the up/up2 procedure, the "push to live" and "pull to beta" operations generates an error. The upgrade/upgrade2 procedure is not affected.
Workaround: copy the dadabik_user_entities table (schema and data) into a new table named dadabik_user_entities_beta. This is equivalent to a PULL operation on the new User Entities settings (Dev Area > Users > User entities).
For Platinum users: if you set $use_db_name_beta = 1 you have to do the same in your $db_name_beta database as well.
This bug, which affected v13.4, has now been fixed and version 13.4 has just been silently updated.
