I think it would be great to be able to lock a row based on a column value.
I am currently working on an app for our truck sales team, and I would love to be able to have a column such as 'Sold', and when that column has been set to 'Yes', then lock the row, the only column at that time that would be editable is that locking column, only users that have this column visible would be able to Unlock the row.
I would envision a checkbox to enable row locking in the forms configurator page, then allow for input of the value that if set to that would lock all other columns from editing. I would think it would make all columns except for the locking column to show like the edit 'Yes but disabled' option.
