I think I fixed the issue. It was a threadsafe vs non-threadsafe version of the 8.3 sql drivers. It appears to be working now.

Since I could not use PHP 8.4 I am attempting to solve the security issue by upgrading my PHP to 8.3.24 from 8.3.21,. Everything appeared to go well . Our custom PHP code works. Our MySQL Dadabik works but our Dadabik that uses SQL Server fails with this message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught...

Has anyone on the forum upgraded to PHP 8.4x? I am attempting to do so to address security issues in PHP 8.3 but the ioncube loader 8.4 for windows 64 non-ts vc17 does not work. OATH Testing With Reverse Proxy

We are running into a small issue using the OATH module. For security reason we run a reverse-proxy server in front of our webserver so that all external requests to our webserver running dadabik first hits the reverse proxy which then send the request to the internal system. This works for all...

Implemented Use of Different/multiple social media OATH Logins

Yes. We have verified by removing the reverse proxy and so the code does work. Our custom code we have that works with google oath works both with or without reverse proxy so we are attempting to see what the reverse proxy could be doing that creates the issues with dadabik but not the customs...

An example of our use is this demo test page we developed: https://mytown.leesburgva.gov/ This was done in python but we will port to PHP /Dadabik when features allow.

Implemented Use of Different/multiple social media OATH Logins

For how we work we find Microsoft and Facebook useful for typical apps and login.gov provides a mechanism where the users can use their official US OATH ID. This ID is used for many US Government resources so having that capability would be useful for US government entities like mine and...

    from appify to dadabik

I suggest you first login into the appifytext website then following the instructions in your dadabik installation files package. it will have a completely different URL where you will have the option to export the SQL file. I am happy to jump on a teams call if you want to see how I do it.

Create APIs to allow the registration and Login to come from other systems or even other Dadabik applications

You are correct but then a whole separate management system using the LDAP directory would be needed. Our other issue is that we are attempting to provide this service to all our constituents. That would get our user count in the tens of thousands as our populations currently 59,000. We will...

It would be highly desirable if Dadabik could allow for social medial logins could be used for registration and eventual login/Authentication The use of OATH can occur in two ways: 1. Registration: In this the Email is preferred OATH can be captured and placed in the user tables pending a...

    Custom Authentication/Registration Page

I will post under the feature suggestions. The use of OATH can occur in two ways. 1. Registration: In this the Email is preferred OATH can be captured and placed in the user tables pending a verification email which would then place the account in a specified group. An ability to notify via...

    Custom Authentication/Registration Page

Thank you, Eugenio. That suggestion will work! I would think also what ever session variables you set with your integration with WordPress login could be used by what I am suggesting. If it is the suggestion of "Set $_SESSION['logged_user_infos_ar'] with the proper values to set the user logged...

    Custom Authentication/Registration Page

AppifyText.AI export and Import in Dadabik 12.7

Will SQL Server support be added to AppifyText.AI? I noticed in the resulting SQL script that it indicates Maria vs MySQL. Would Maria be the DB it runs on? I recognize that Maria and MySQL started the same, but it is possible Oracle and the Maria developers may branch to far to create...
